What the Course Covers

Our confined space certificate program is 16 hours long. During this safety training course, participants will learn how to define and understand terms like:

Confined space.

Entrant.
\n    
Attendant.
\n    
Immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH)
\n
\n
Because confined spaces involve all kinds of dangers, the course will go into how to recognize and assess various confined space hazards. Participants will be prepared to handle various work procedures with safety awareness and understanding.

By taking this course, students will also review the process of permitting in line with OSHA standards.
