Erin Lasyone served as the CEO of Training Logic, Inc prior to assuming the role of CEO at Elite Training of Louisiana (ETLA) in the Summer of 2023. Erin is passionate about delivering best-in-class service and is committed to ensuring that we exceed all customer’s expectations.
Our goal is to help our customers improve their bottom line and boost team member retention through the skill and knowledge development of their organization. We are eager to travel with you on the journey to developing an experienced workforce who achieves and maintains peak performance.
All training sessions contained in our catalog will be customized to fit the customer’s needs. We can adjust session hours of each course to accommodate the business need and/or work schedule.

Heather Watzek opened Elite Training of Louisiana (ETLA) in the summer of 2023 and serves as the Owner and CFO. Heather formerly was the Finance Manager of Training Logic, Inc.
Heather understands the importance of conducting training that adds value to an organization. She is dedicated to ensuring that each customer who engages ETLA finds the sessions enhance and improve their work culture. The sessions should not only provide the necessary education, but turn the dial on leadership, safety, and team building initiatives.
Heather is committed to ensuring ETLA has the best grant writers and trainers/facilitators in the business. These team members work with each organization to customize material, ensure success, and pave the road to improved retention, morale, safety, and organizational communication.

Elite Training of Louisiana employs a wide variety of skilled and experienced trainers who have extensive expertise in corporate, educational, healthcare, and manufacturing environments. These trainers have the flexibility of working with executives, middle management, administrators, sales professionals, front line leaders, as well as hourly production and maintenance teams.
Over the years, our trainers have provided training for a multitude of companies involved in diverse types of manufacturing, construction, public service, healthcare, farming, food processing and other industries.

Elite Training of Louisiana employs experienced grant managers who help Louisiana businesses obtain Incumbent Worker Training Program grant funds to offset the cost of training.
