You know your DiSC Personality profile, you can determine what it is in others, but now how do you use that information? Building Effective Teams will take your knowledge of DiSC to the next level.

Training will:

• Summarize what was learned regarding the four personality types of DiSC
• Provide a deep dive into understanding how to utilize this information to capitalize on the strengths of each of your team members in ways that:
  • Challenge them individually
  • Improve morale
  • Increase Productivity
  • Develop a high functioning organization
• Training involves case studies and activities for leaders to determine how to build a high performing team based on the strengths and opportunities of its members
