Leadership Development Event

One of our most popular and intensive leadership training events.

This is a multi-day program that will ensure your leaders are the best in their current role and help you identify potential leaders and prepare them for roles of greater responsibility within your organization.

The program is a highly customized session which involves not only the participants (leaders) from your organization, but organizational assessors who will provide feedback on the participant’s critical thinking skills, organizational skills, knowledge of company policies and procedures, ability to connect with others and strategically address situations in the workplace.

The program involves case studies and innovation assignments in addition to role plays with actors where participants must effectively and efficiently resolve actual issues faced in your specific business.

ELA will collaborate with the customer to ensure all the content in the Leadership Development Session is customized to meet the customer’s business needs – including mission and values, terminology specific to the organization, etc.

Upon completion, participants will be provided feedback on their strengths and areas of opportunity. ELA can also assist the organization in developing Individual Development Plans with ideas for participants to address any gaps which may exist.
