2. Identifying Safety Leaders: Recognizing that safety leadership can come from any team member, regardless of their role.
3. Implementing Safety Policies: Learning how to effectively implement and enforce safety policies on the job site.
4. Safety Climate: Discussing the difference between safety as a priority versus a value, and how to foster a strong safety climate.
5. Constructive Safety Feedback: Learning a step-by-step process to provide effective safety feedback.
