Two things that I’ve learned from today’s training is how to communicate with my co-works and how to defuse an situation.

The training established a baseline for our peer to leader development program. Working closely with Ms. LaWanda and the Elite staff we should be able to build on this training over the next few weeks. All the feedback I received was positive from the class attendees.
