Matt O. Green is a Monroe native who has built both his personal and professional life in Northeast Louisiana. He and his wife have been married for 31 years, and together they’ve raised two sons, now 25 and 22. Today, he lives in Sterlington, where he remains closely connected to the community he’s always called home.

Matt is a graduate of St. Frederick High School and went on to earn his degree in Psychology from University of Louisiana at Monroe. His educational background, combined with years of hands-on experience, has shaped his practical, people-focused approach to his work.

Professionally, Matt holds a Louisiana General Contractor’s License and brings a strong foundation in safety and compliance. He is a certified OSHA Outreach Instructor in Construction, as well as a certified instructor for American Heart Association in CPR/First Aid/AED; demonstrating his commitment to maintaining safe and prepared work environments.
