Madeline Priest is a Grant Manager with Elite Training of Louisiana with more than 27 years of experience in workforce development, including human resources management, professional continuing education and workforce training program management, and over 18 years of grant management for Louisiana’s Incumbent Worker Training Program (IWTP).

Madeline has a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a B.S. in Psychology. She serves as a strategic partner to clients, working with all levels of organizations to secure and manage grant funding for workforce training and guide them through the grant process from start to finish. She is committed to supporting the success of companies and their employees.

Outside of work, Madeline enjoys spending time with her fur babies, decorating, and traveling with her husband.
