Erin Lasyone has been a member of the Elite Training of Louisiana team since 2023. Prior to joining the Elite Training team, Erin worked at Training Logic as a grant writer/manager and, most recently, CEO.

Erin has an associate degree from Northshore Technical Community College and a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana Tech University. Erin possesses extensive grant writing experience. Her favorite part of the CEO role is ensuring that ETLA provides the exceptional customer service the company is known for and growing our customer base.

Erin and her husband Shaun (retired Army National Guard veteran) live near Dubach, Louisiana, with their three sons, Ryland, Maddox, and Holden. They enjoy traveling – including scuba diving, camping, raising a multitude of farm animals, and gardening.
