What the Course Covers

Our CPR/AED/First Aid Certification delivers the knowledge and skills needed to help keep your team and workplace safe. Throughout this five-hour course, you’ll cover:

• CPR: Learn the techniques needed to effectively perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to restore blood circulation and breathing after someone has suffered from cardiac arrest.
• AED: Discover how to resuscitate patients using an automated external defibrillator (AED) to restore rhythm in situations where CPR isn’t working.
• First aid: Gain a comprehensive overview of first aid. You’ll be better prepared to step up and start administering care in all kinds of medical emergency situations.

Depending on your workers’ needs and work schedules, we can customize the training for you. Once the course is completed, the certification will be valid for two years.
