Matt was great, very easy to work with. He was very flexible, and helpful, with ensuring we had good time.  Enough availability slots to cover every shift. The staff really enjoyed them and didn’t dread another mandatory meeting. I think the course was not only beneficial to the line staff, but also to managers as well.
