Ian Orten is originally from Farmerville, Louisiana, and has spent most of his life in Ruston, Louisiana, where he currently resides. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion from Louisiana Tech University.

Ian brings nearly five years of experience in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) practices to his role as a Corporate Trainer. His background in general industry safety has provided him with a strong foundation in compliance, accountability, and workforce development.

His certifications include Certified Occupational Safety Specialist (COSS), OSHA 30 Construction, and HAZWOPER Train the Trainer. He is currently working toward becoming a certified CPR/AED/First Aid instructor and an OSHA Outreach Trainer.

As a trainer, Ian specializes in simplifying complex safety and compliance requirements into clear, practical instruction. He focuses on building understanding, reinforcing safe behaviors, and helping organizations create a culture where safety and well-being are part of everyday operations.
