Erin Lasyone served as the CEO of Training Logic, Inc., prior to assuming the role of CEO at Elite Training of Louisiana (ETLA) in the summer of 2023. Erin is passionate about delivering best-in-class service and is committed to ensuring that we exceed all customers' expectations.
Our goal is to help our customers improve their bottom line and boost team member retention through the skill and knowledge development of their organization. We are eager to travel with you on the journey to developing an experienced workforce that achieves and maintains peak performance.
All training sessions contained in our catalog will be customized to fit the customer’s needs. We can adjust the session hours of each course to accommodate the business needs and/or work schedule.

Heather Watzek opened Elite Training of Louisiana (ETLA) in the summer of 2023 and serves as the Owner and CFO. Heather was the Finance Manager of Training Logic, Inc.
Heather understands the importance of conducting training that adds value to an organization. She is dedicated to ensuring that each customer who engages with ETLA finds that the sessions enhance and improve their work culture. The sessions should not only provide the necessary education but also turn the dial on leadership, safety, and team-building initiatives.
Heather is committed to ensuring ETLA has the best grant writers and trainers/facilitators in the business. These team members work with each organization to customize material, ensure success, and pave the road to improved retention, morale, safety, and organizational communication.

Elite Training of Louisiana employs experienced grant managers who help Louisiana businesses obtain Incumbent Worker Training Program grant funds to offset the cost of training.
