Safety Observation Training teaches supervisors, team leaders, and safety professionals how to observe workplace behaviors, provide meaningful feedback, and influence positive safety performance without damaging morale. Effective safety observations help organizations identify at-risk behaviors, reinforce safe work practices, and strengthen overall safety culture.

This course builds on the principles introduced in safety culture development programs and focuses on the connection between employee attitudes and behaviors. Participants learn how to recognize opportunities for improvement, deliver constructive feedback, and encourage lasting behavioral change through positive reinforcement and effective communication.

Training will:

• Examine the theory: “We only have access to team member behavior if we have access to team member attitude.”
• Emphasize the importance of praising good safety behavior to enhance team member morale and motivation
• Case studies and role plays are utilized to re-enforce training

All training can be customized to fit client’s needs and delivered according to client’s work schedule.
